Terms

  • Cancellations can be made by contacting our booking officer Bill Nichol directly on 021 390 480 or bookings@wssc.co.nz
  • Cancellations of non-school holiday bookings made at least 1 night before arrival will be refunded in full less a $20 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations of school holiday bookings made at least 14 nights before arrival will be refunded in full less a $20 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations not made within the notice period above will not be refunded and are non-transferable.
  • Refunds will only be made to the same credit/debit card used to pay for the booking (i.e. not to a different card). If requested, cancellations can be transferred to a future booking instead of being refunded.
  • If patrons cannot make it up to the Hut due to ski field closure on the first or second night of a booking, a refund of the night(s) missed, or a refund for the entire booking period (if initial closure prevents the booking from taking place completely) will be made in the form of transferable booking dates. Contact the Club’s booking officer Bill Nichol on 021 390 480 or bookings@wssc.co.nz in this case.
